Microfilm Records

The Library has two microfilm reader / printer stations for public use. Cost is 25 cents per print.

U.S. Census

Microfilm records are available for Montgomery, Macoupin, and many surrounding Illinois counties.

Litchfield Newspapers

Local newspapers are available on microfilm from 1857. Papers vary from the Litchfield Daily Herald, Litchfield Monitor, Litchfield News-Herald, and Montgomery County News.
